hi ive got utorrent and have had it for some time. is the ip bloker thing (phoenixlabs) good? what does it do? does it block your ip on all p2p sofwares?

It filters out known i.p's of major Corporations; the corporations likely to sue you should they catch you distributing their software.

Yes, download, install. Default settings should be fine. You should have it running at all times when filesharing..

what should i do when windows firewall asks me if i want unblock/block features from bitcomet. If i keep blocking will it slow up my downloads.

yeah im new to the whole thing. My friend has it and he said try it bc its amazing. So im wondering wut programs you need to download to wrk the torrents and also wut programs you all need?? So i need some help of which the best program is?? Also the best sites to sign up for. Thanks
