Hey,
Ya first off i am trying to buy a joystick to play counter-strike-souce..........a good idea?
Also I am trying to find the best quality but cheap.......here is one I found........any good?........

for question numero uno. In my personal opinion joysticks are useless for FPS's becaues they limit reaction time and accuracy, but thats just me. For your second questoin that one seems to be pretty good i have a logitech quite similar to that one.
