Hi!
First of all, please excuse my bad english...
My problem: I've got a 5th generation iPod and use to watch movies on my dear friend...The problem is that I'm from Sweden and really want to have subtitles on my iPod. I use to use DVD Shrink and Videora iPod Converter to convert my movies, but I don't get how you get subtitles from Shrink, but I know that's possible.
Can someone help me? Thanks for all answers...

Thanks, but I don't get any answer....
The problem is that I want one (1) vob-file with swedish subtitles , I've tried the re-author mode, but that's not seems to work....:(
Edit: I think I need forced subtitles to show up on my ipod? However, I've tried to right-click on the video file in re-author mode and chose swedish at "Show this subpicture stream" or something...but no subtitles appear...

Ah man, I know it's not a free program, but PQDVD is fantastic, and it's what I use to convert my videos/DVD's with the subtitles..

Hey Lethal_B,
What's the full name for the PQDVD you mentioned?
Because I've tried to look it up on a P2P network, but there are too many versions for PQDVD software.
I have the same problem as Xelo, I wanna watch DVD files with subtitles on my iPod.
Xelo, if you don't wanna pay for the PQDVD, search it in any P2P network as Kazaa, LimeWire, Morpheus... it's free!!!
There's always hope!!!

Homerman, no offence here, but encouraging people to steal specific programs is really not in the spirit of the forums.

Not all the countries have the same chances and economical budgets to buy original software.
Believe me, if the SW was equitable (in its prices) for the entire world, nobody would "steal" the programs.
By the way, I solved the problem I had with the subtitles for the iPod and it was with a better program you mentioned.
There's always hope!!!

So? That's still no excuse for promoting infringing the copyrights of those who own the software..

Of course, but what does that have to do with the price of fish? Just because people can't afford it, doesn't give them the right to steal it from somebody else now does it.

Until facts state otherwise, you can hardly call this program (which you don't even mention the name of) 'better'. It is a matter of opinion. And how can you say it is better, when you haven't even used the full version of PQ??
Lol.

I'm sure that if you lived in a developing country, you wouldn't think the same.

I agree that we don't have the right to steal it, but if we don't do it, simply don't know it.
