Enable DMZ? I mean I know where it is located in my router config, but I don't know what IP should I enter Under DMZ Host IP: line? maybe router's default starting with 192.168......?

why do you want to enable your DMZ, are you planning on putting your PC in an unprotected environment?

DMZ is usually directed to a non existant PC to draw attacks away from you

Port forwarding can also be used for this, for example, if you didnt want any port 113 traffic coming into your pc. just forward all incoming 113 traffic to an IP address that doesnt exist.

Please explain what it is your trying to do.
