Ripping videos from Square-Enix games

Does anyone know how to rip videos from SE games? Kingdom Hearts 2 had a folder of PSS files that I could just directly convert off, but Dirge of Cerberus has 3 files that seem to contain most of the game data: kel.dat, 7570F45E.F7, and D8F7BC60.45. Kingdom Hearts 1 is even more complicated, as I can't find any folders or files large enough to hold any video files. Can anyone help here?
