I have a Nokia 6800 that was on T-Mobile, and I would like to use it with my cingular account. I put my cingular sim card in and it says restricted. I have tried all of the codes I can find, but no such luck. If you can help me, let me know, I purchased the phone in the US.

Put your Cingular sim in and when you start the phone it might say T-Mobile because that's what is programmed in the phone but once it boots up and gets a signal, you will see Cingular on the screen.
