well i got an imported version of onimusha dawn of dreams wich is a 2 dvd ps2 game now my problem is that i finished the first dvd now its asking me to put the second dvd in the ps2 but how do i boot it using swap magic?

Well I have never played that game, but I have played similiar games and usually they give you a save before inserting the next disc, so what you might want to after finishing the first disc is turn off the PS2 and then boot it up again with swap magic and putting in the second disc instead of the first and see if it will let you continue your adventure otherwise you can try what knives said and put it in because the code should still be in there for the booting process. Notice that the only reason the booting process works is because it puts in a special code that says ok this is a PS2 disc. The only time that code goes away is if you turn the PS2 off so try both ways and see which one works for you. Hope this helps

Well quite simply, if it doesn't allow you to save in between discs, you can't. There's no way to boot a game with Swap Magic by using the disc tray. And if you try to Swap it before putting in the second disc, you'll just get DRE's, as the PS2 is looking for a valid PS2 disc. There's no way to access the Swap Magic menu in mid game. The only way you can play multi disc PS2 games with Swap Magic is if they allow you to save in between discs. Otherwise you need a modchip with multi disc support like the DMS 4 Pro SE or Matrix Infinity.
