does anyone else have the problem of the intros beginning of games and cut scenes playing but pausing and the disc having to load up the next part before it plays?? its not my console coz it works fine. i use imation dvd-r and alcohol120% and burn at x2 speed.

nothing to worry about. its a media issue.

dump the imations. they are crappy media.

get maxells, verbatims, taiyo yuden, sony discs. the key is Made in Japan. don't go near made in Taiwan/India/China.

i also highly recommend that u get 8x discs and burn them at 4x. avoid 16x discs.
