hey there everyone,
i need help badly..... i need to know how to burn ps2 games i have the flatop ps2 and i use the boost disc as the chip for it and when i burn the games it wont work. Does anyone know a step by step thing about burning the games with the boot disc chip thingy if you do please post it:-). and my boot disc is swap magic 3

You need to read the threads at the top of the board in BOLD... they'll help you out with loads of problems you could be experiencing and in some cases tell you step by step how to go about backing up a game.

you have a new SLIM PS2 with its built in Fliptop? and Swapmagic 3 Discs?

If so you still need to mod the PS2 itself with Slimtools or other mod in order for the swapmagic discs to work correctly...

ya you need slim tools....Order them from http://www.gocybershop.ca/customer/product.php? or

And the method for burning is VERY somple just get DVD Decrypter. Put the ORIGINAL game in the DVD ROM/Burner(your choice) go to MODE>ISO>READ. Let it read the game to your HDD in a place you selected. Later when its done decrypting, go to MODE>ISO>WRITE. Select the file you just decrypted to your HDD (choose the MDS) as your SOURCE. then hit the button on the bottom and you done, its that easy.
