hey guys i have backed up about 70 games fine now by backup i mean like making iso and stuff dosent have anything to do with burning :) so as i was saying i tryed making ISO of LA Rush,NCAA Football 2004 and couple other games with all programs but it cant back them up on LA rush it goes untel %36 then gives error cant read sector and on NCAA it goes tell %89 then says read sector error now i know its not my dvd reader,recorder or games i have tryed 2 different copy of each game and i have tryed 3 dvd readers and 1 dvd writer to back up but stil same thing i think it my be a protection thing. has anyone backed up LA rush or NCAA Football 2006 successfuly, does anyone know what to do :/

No it's not copy protection, the games are scratched or dirty. Use Alcohol 120% to rip them to your HD. DVD Decrypter can be picky with scratched originals.

88. Q. How do I burn PS2 DVD games with Alcohol 120%?
A. Ripping the game to your Hard Drive:
1. Insert your disc.
2. Open Alcohol 120%.
3. Click Image Making Wizard.
4. Check Ignore read errors, select your recorder, leave the never seperate box alone.
5. Click Next. Select a destination for the game. Click Start.
Once the process is complete, you'll get an mds and an mdf file. Click finish, if necessary.

Burning the game to DVD:
1. Insert your blank disc.
2. Right click the mdf file.
3. Select Image Burning Wizard.
4. Select your recorder, set the write speed to 4x.
5. Click next.

hey thanks for replying :) but i have already tryed alcohol %120,Nero,dvd Dec,iso buster there all the same cant back the game up :/

Make sure you check skip read errors. It'll take awhile too finish, just give it time. Sometimes it's taken 6-8 hours for badly scatched originals to finish for me. You can abort the process at any time. There's only one game I couldn't backup like that. I've ripped some horribly scratched games with Alcohol 120%.
