SCPH -75001 Swap Magic v3.6 compatability issue

I have Swap Magic V3.6 cd /dvd boot disc nether of them will boot my new PS2 i belive its V14, it just says "please insert PS2 formatted disk....."
Any ideas?

hey i haev the same ps2 as you 75001 i can run the swap magic 3.6+ fine but 35% of the time i get the not a valid ps2 disc also make sure you put in the the cd/dvd the right way and close the top.

1) swapmagic needs another device to trick the ps2 to think that the lid is closed...u can do it with magic keys or fliptop for v14

i have a v14 ps2 and it works fine (with magic keys) if your cheap you can always use hte tape and tissue method...

2) if that isnt the problem then maybe the games your playing need to rebuilt

3) if 1 and 2 arent the case then your either using crap media (memorex) or your swapmagic is deffective (umm just in case are you sure your using the DVD-swapmagic disk to play the dvd games? cuz if your using the cd one it wont work...)
