I've never seen this before when using DVD Shrink. Try to open disc and get the Invalid navigation structure prompt. When trying to use DVD decrypter I get an error. This the first time I've been beat.

Any suggestions

Sounds lile they can't handle the copy protection by themselves.
Downlaod AnyDVD (free 21 trial) and run in the background to help these progs.
Or download dvdfab decrypter and rip w/ that then process thru shrink as usual.
