when i start to copy a movie i keep getting a recycle error half way through the process. it wont clear and restart. it will let me go and copy another movie. any help on copping this movie with issues would be great.

So you are having this problem with just 1 DVD. You can do other DVD's but not just that 1?

What movie is it?
What steps and programs do you use when making the backup?

Most of the time a cycle redundancy error is due to a dirty, scratched or a bad press of the DVD. So make sure it is clean of fingerprints and scraches.

You can also try to go to www.slysoft.com and get the newest version of AnyDVD it is a 30day trial and see if it possibly can be a copy protection issue if your using older versions of that program or other outdated programs that are not up to date with copyprotection encryption.

If you still get the error then more then likly you have a bad pressed DVD which nothing you can do about it except exchange and get a new 1 if possible.
