Hi guys

my bitcomet downloads are always slow - lucky if i can get 10 kbps.

on bc though if you look at the statistics on any of the torrents....

this is what i get ....

BitComet 0.60 is running on:
CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz 3000 MHz
RAM size : 1,023.29 MB
OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)

What the heck is Win ICS and Win UPnP? Could these be the cause of the slow downloads and if so how do i sort them?
