37. Q. I downloaded a PAL game, how do I convert it to NTSC?
A. Use Adrenaline patcher if it's an EA game: http://www.megagames.com/ps2/ps2_utils_files.shtml#ADRenalin%20Patcher Note: I've been told this works for non EA games as well. The screen won't be perfectly centered, unless you have a modchip that forces video mode.

i have some kind of chip in my ps2 it plays ps2 backups,originals(pal and ntsc),ps1 backups and originals do i need the PAL-NTSC converter for backup games that i burn??

ive played backups from PAL and NTSC games but i dunno about backups that are burned from the computer

Again it depends what chip you have. Will it play them is one thing, will it play them perfectly centered is another. Good chips like the DMS 4 Pro SE or Matrix Infinity have a Y fix built in, meaning you can play games perfectly regardless of video format. Is the game centered when you play a video format from another region on your PS2?
