torrent leech: banned solution

I am a new member of torrent leech. Prior to torrent leech I have maintained 2:1 ratios as often as possible.
I am now banned apparently. I am still uploading to the torrents I recieved from Torrent Leech as I want to get to 2.0 as soon as possible. But I can't get onto the site. It congratulates me for being banned.
My brother is staying with me. He invited me. I think this is the problem. We both use the same computer, but under different user profiles in XP. I told him that I was the only one allowed in the house to do any p2p or torrent stuff because I didn't want internal network conflicts. So I am the only one using the service.
But now I seem to be banned, and I have no venue to plead my case. My understanding is that in the world of torrents hit and runs abound.. I am far from that as I said before I maintain a 2:1 ration whenever I can.
Can anyone help me to get re-instated? Or point me in the direction of someone I can explain this too. The last thing I want to do is mess around as I have been a supporter of the concept of torrents since they first showed up.

I got banned once but I signed in on another computer with my sign-up details and it didn't work so the next time I tried to sign-in to Torrentleech it worked on my computer.

2. Install CCleaner
3. Run CCleaner
4. Now select the option Internet»Cookies
5. Scan your disc
6. Run cleaner
7. Run the internet page: http://www.torrentleech.org/
What do you mean with step 4and 5?? In the program or in your internet explorer and what do you do after you select it??step 5: scan disc,but with what??

That solusion with cookies won't wrk and you can delete your cookies directly from IE etc. so you don't need any external program for it anyway. I've been banned from TL about a month ago so I asked my friend to invited me and I had to changed my IP. Now, they've banned me again, after a few days I had the DHT disabled, DOWN: 1.4GB, UP:5.8 GB. I mean what's wrong with you guys, what about some explanation or somethin, this behavior is pretty lame, I didn't brake any rules and I can't understand why they act like this...

I was banned so I renewed my ip, then I deleted cookies, and made sure they were enabled then i logged in works great! Now i will keep my ratio as good as i can! hope this helps

I tried your way,darkbear,and it doesn' t work.
And why do you select cookies in ccleaner?? If you run cccleaner,it already cleans them and you can't do this a second time...

They dont always ban your IP it just depends on how big the thing you did wrong.
The tutorial you made is similar to what helped me...
I use Mozilla FireFox and i went to torrentleech and got the "Congratulations you are Banned" and i didnt know why..... so i closed FireFox and started it back up and went to torrentleech and i could get on so that method you listed does work (i have my cookies cleared when FF shut sdown)

Access it through a web-based proxy ;)
Clear your cookies and cache too. But chances are the account will be banned too.
