after i load any game that got converted, the screen is too big and would need to be shrunk down but not an option in game.

is there any way to make it smaller (vertical way)

Which patcher did you use? Are you using Swap Magic or a modchip?

It may not be perfect either way. If you've tried both pathcers and it still doesn't work, there's not much you can do. The video mode on Swap Magic isn't perfect. Even after setting it to the correct region, some games may still appear in black and white.

I thought those were only for PAL TV's. In the U.S., we use S-video cables.

Well I'd seen Hursty mention the Scart a couple times and had to ask him what it was. He posted a link with some info. From what I understand it works to convert NTSC signals to PAL. I'm not 100% certain that they wouldn't work in the U.S. It doesn't matter to me, I can call upon the awesome power of the Matrix Infinity when I need to play PAL games. :)

Thanks, I designed a couple now, the Gimp is pretty easy to use once you get used to it. What do you think of this one? Cheers!

Well if you're in Europe or the U.K you could use a Scart. I'm not sure an S video cable converts PAL to NTSC. I don't use them. Your TY would have to support S video input. Sorry I know this isn't much help.
