just to let you know, i backed up doom with dvdfabdecryptor, shrink, and then dvd decryptor. my dvd seems fine, but when i put it in the xbox, it only reads as a dvd and not the game.

Since I am not a Gamer, I would not know if Doom would play & actually be able to play the Game from a Back-up. I don't even own a Game Console. All I said is that my Movie only back-up plays back perfectly in My standalone, & my PC using Nero Showtime, & Windows Media Player 10. "wdogg" was asking a queastion, I was trying to tell wdogg a method that worked for Me. Something that may Help.
The problem was Nero Showtime, I update the software and everything works fine now, it was keeping Media player from working also. They both work fine after the update. Thanks for the reply.
