TMPGEnc dvd author error

so ne ways ive got 72 20 min .avi files ive converted to .mpg and im tryin to put them into a dvd-video folder(video_ts and audio_ts) so i can shrink em with rat dvd and then burn them onto two disks. problem is when i get my files,36 of them loaded with tmpge and hit convert i get an arror about 17 gigs into the process saying that cannot complete opperation bc video folder will be too big. i have a brand new 200gb seagate hdd and more than enough space on it as the dvd-video folder should only be about 33 gigs? anyone ever encountered this b4 or have any ideas?
