I have no clue what kind of card it is. Please tell me what it it. It has what looks like a lan port and a coaxial screw in connection. Any ideas

That's exactly what it looks like to me. Some network cards had coaxial connections.

is a netcard for token ring configuration. uses coax cable. that card has the rj45 connector above the bnc connector. also if right is a dlink card possibly de220p.

It looks like an Ethernet card to me rather than Token Ring. Older Ethernet cards had 2 connectors, one for 10BaseT RJ45 and another for 10Base2 (Thinnet ethernet using coax) usually with a BNC connector on the end. I remember Thinnet Ehternet being real popular in schools in the late 80s/early 90s. Dlinks de220p is one of those combination Ethernet cards. A quick search of ebay found one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5863014042&cat...
Looks very similar to the one in your picture.

Most token ring NICs I have seen either had an AUI connector to interface to an IBM Type 1 connector or an RJ45 connector for connection to a Token Ring MAU rather than what you had pictured.
