is this what is causing my ps2 not to boot up a game? It wont spin at all and i am trying to figure out where the top spring goes anyone have any diagrams?

ok, i swaped my original top back and it is working, then i put the new one back on and it stoped working, whats up? Did they send me the wrong top? HELP :-)
