Is it possible to add a menu after converting to DVD with WinAVI?

I was wondering if you can add a menu after converting to DVD with WinAVI.

It is because of the chapter skipping. For some reason, You can only skip until the last chapter of your first movie file. You can't skip into the 2nd episode. So I want to make a menu so that I can choose episodes at the start but is it possible?

If not, I'm gonna have to just end up using fast forward everytime I get to that last chapter. -_-'

after the conversion, load the whole thing into TMPGEnc dvd author.There is a basic and advanced tutorial in the guides section of Afterdawn
