i know this is a very noobish question and it was answered in a sticky but i just want to make sure. is there any way at all of playing burned ps2 games without a mod. i mean i just figured if you had an iso of the game u should be able to burn it to a dvd and play it. if you cant why cant you like what is not letting you play it with an iso image burned to a dvd of the game. thanks in advance for not flaming me just curious.

No, trust me the people who make these backup playing programs are not trying to rip you off. If there was a way to it would already be done. There is no way.

In fact I think we would be fooling our selves if we have a community this large, and did not realize that there are some enemies present.
