Sony DVD RW DRU-510A Burning problems.

Hi, my drive used to burn DVDs with no problems and now everytime I use a program such as CloneDVD to Burn my DVD movies onto dics I just get A DVD 9 write error. Other prgrams such as nero do not work either. I have tried replace the media with several makes and I just get the same messages every time I try to burn.

Does anyone know what I should do with this? I have tried to update the firmware but still no luck, and im prety sure its not a media problem due to the large amounts of diffrent media I have tried to use. This happened to me once before and then the drive magically started to work again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Any help would be much appredciated.
