Hi there. i have recently downloaded pq dvd for putting films on my ipod but when i open the dvd through the program it seems to play but with no picture. the audio is there. can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong or if it is not set up correctly.

The only program i am using is the pq dvd. Do i need to use sonething else before this program
