NTSC iso's work on a PAL PS2???

Firstly I want to apollogize if this question has already been asked/answered.

My simple question is if I purchased ths swap magic discs and the flip top lid will I be able to burn NTSC iso's onto a DVD and play the games on a UK PAL PS2?

Will it work to play burnt dvd's?

Plus does anyone know what's the best software to burn a PS2 iso with is?

Yes, NTSC iso's will work. That fliptop will also work as long as you have a version 4-10 ps2. DVD Decrypter is a good, and free, burning program.
