Hi i'v unlocked afew Nokias in my time... but iv come accross a:

Phone
Restricted (lil stop sign here)

never seen this one befor.. the SIM car IS in the phone and iv tryed some codes without the sim in but nothin has worked.. any ideas or help plase?
