I mean,if i limit my upload speed a little bit,will i get slower downloads then as well?
And how come i'm downloading at 325 kb one second and the next,it's going down to 15 kbs again???

yeh u definetly need to give good upload speed and after downloading the file keep uploading until youe uploaded the entire file.Dont become a leecher who downloads the file then runs to the hills without uploading,if we all did this no one would get any files!.About the speed just depends who you downloading off if they are nice people who like to share expect some nice high speeds then again im currently downloading a file from 55 peers at 2kb/s!! while uploading at 45kb/s trying to be nice and generous! ive had enough of public trackers! :( anyway hope i helped

What I find works best is to set the u/l speed for each torrent individually. As each torrent is different ie: amount of seeders/leechers and each of their connections.

U just need to tweak them a little each time, and u'll find that sweet spot ;-D

but does it matter if i limit this upload,because i'm having a slower upload connection when i have a fast dl connection

Yeah if you limit the upload speed when downloading your not sharing properly , and it will take you longer to seed back if its limited :)

It depends on the seeders speeds thats why your speed are increaseing decreasin at an abnormal rate ;)
