ok i already have the mov file and everything but i need to know if there is a way to convert it to mp4 and how. So please reply and hopefully i can get a good response and any information needed i will reply later on. Any Advice will be gratefully apreciated.

PSP video 9 works although it for the PSP! Google it!!! It is a legal program so dont worry!

Videora is probably your best bet. From the same company that created PSP9, but this program is designed especially to cater for the needs of the iPod video :-)

yeah i have tried to convert .mov files to .mp4 on Videora but it doesn't work??

Well, your best bet is probably quicktime pro. because .mov files are quicktime files and the quicktime pro converter allows you to transcode directly into iPod compatible mp4.
