Cant stay completely annon :( but pg2( peer guardian methlabs software) can help im not sure of a link cause my net is slow tonight :P but its available from the afterdawn software page ;)

link is in my sig, and no, pg2 does not burn up all your memory, older versions of peeguardian did, but the newer one should not, and if it does for some reason, use peerguardian lite.

but i reaed in here that meth labs was tooken over and know all the ips that it saopose to block off it doesnt is it true or some bs somebody made up to sound important

Yes the old methlabs was taken over, but they have created a new domain which is called phoenix labs, as for the ip blocklists pg2 updates from bluetack for the time being until phoenix labs gets blocklist.org back up and running.
