How to solve slow download when upgrading to Azureus 2.4.0.0

When I upgraded I had no idea why the dl was so slow. I looked at alot of ways to correct it:

- by changing ports etc.
- looking at the NAT stuff.

this will probably only work if you have the "green" smiley:

go to (i dont have the english ver. so these are guesses)

Tools - configuration - (2nd) speeds :S

Change both to 0.

IF you need a upload cap for a dl then just do it specifically to it:

right click torrent - details - options - and set cap for either u/l or d/l
