Adobe Premiere capture limited to 4GB

Whenever I try to capture video using my ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500DV video card the capture stops when the file reaches 4GB. This only happens in Adobe Premiere 6.5, if I capture using VirtualDub or Ulead VideoStudio 6, I can capture to the capacity of the NTFS partition (50GB). Does anyone know how I can fix this, or get a workaround for it?

I found this that says I need to get AVI 2.0 to capture larger files, but where do I get AVI 2.0?
