when ever im viewing a gif file on the internet or just as a standard pic it dosent move!

when i go on my other computer it moves.
i know its not spyware so can someone tell me how to fix this?

Yeah probaly opening it with something other than microsoft fax/pic viewer. I know for a fact if you use Nero's pic/fax viewer then animation will be gone.

i use the microsoft fax/pic viewer not anythin else.
also the gifs dont work on my internet!

try resetting explorer defaults in your control panel under internet options

try opening the page with explorer see what you get

firefox does block some of the nets "decorations"
