I can't seem to copy the image on my hard drive.
I tried ISO>READ DVD Decrypter and at about 98% completed it stopped and then a message popped up which said "Incorrectable Error" or something like that.
I then tried Nero Express 6 and at 99% it said "Read failed" or something.
The Specifics:
Ratchet Gladiator is the PAL version of the game.
(I believe in the States its named Ratchet Deadlocked)
My DVD Burner- Sony DRU-710A
Please I need help ASAP.

use alcohol 120
from tokijin's faq:
88. Q. How do I burn PS2 DVD games with Alcohol 120%?
A. Ripping the game to your Hard Drive:
1. Insert your disc.
2. Open Alcohol 120%.
3. Click Image Making Wizard.
4. Check Ignore read errors, select your recorder, leave the never seperate box alone.
5. Click Next. Select a destination for the game. Click Start.
Once the process is complete, you'll get an mds and an mdf file. Click finish, if necessary.
Burning the game to DVD:
1. Insert your blank disc.
2. Right click the mdf file.
3. Select Image Burning Wizard.
4. Select your recorder, set the write speed to 4x.
5. Click next.
Note: I use Alcohol 120% as my backup program for ripping scratched originals. DVD Decrypter can be picky with scratched discs. I use DVD Decrypter to burn the mds file. For purposes of this guide, I'm assuming you are using Alcohol 120% to burn the game to disc. Feel free to use whatever works for you.

Alcohol 120% could not create the file either.
An error occured.
For DVD Decrypter it says it was an I/O Error. Is there something I should change for I/O under settings for DVD Decrypter?
I've already set the Interface to WNASPI.dil
Thanks. I need help as quickly as possible on this one.

Let Alcohol go for awhile. The disc is scratched or dirty. It may take awhile, but it'll finish. Be patient with it. Make sure you check "ignore read errors."

I had no probs backing up this game whatsoever...
If I have probs getting an iso to HDD, then I use isobuster and get the files to disc instead and then rebuild with cd/dvd gen or use apache3 to rip the iso to disc... both of those methods have worked for me on scratched/scuffed discs when dvd decrypter wouldn't.
You can find links to download both those programs and many more in my "PS2 progs" thread in my profile.

Paddymail,
Can you tell me how you got the game file on your HDD using Isobuster?
I can't get the image on my computer no matter what I try.

If you're having problems ripping the iso to the harddrive, then it's most likely that you have scratches or a dirty disc, there's a few things you could try:-
1) clean the disc.
2) Use a different program like apache3 to rip the ISO to HDD.
3) Rip the files to HDD instead using ISO buster and then rebuild.
Those are just a few of the things you could try... one of the above usually works for me if I have problems getting an ISO to HDD using dvd decrypter.
The programs above (and more) can be found in my profile links page under "ps2 programs" or similar.
If using apache3, all you have to do after inserting the disc in the dvd drive is select the drive where the disc is, then select the icon that looks like a disc with an arrow and has a tooltip that says "create ISO image from cd/dvd"
