is it possible to convert a CD IMAGE of an option file to a DVD IMAGE ?? my modded ps2 can not read CD-Rs (but reads perfectly any DVD-/+R) ... please help me

i've seen that guide before starting my thread, and it's a guide to convert GAMES images from CD to DVD, not OPTION FILES images from CD to DVD ... please help me
