I was backing up my san andreas when it asked me if i wanted to format the disk, I said no, but it wouldn't alow me to go on without clicking yes soo i clicked it. Then on i go and i copied it onto the hardrive, blah blah burned it then booted it with SW and wadya know! wouldn't run, it took like 10 seconds after i pressed boot, then it went please insert ps2 format disk.

I thought maybe cause i was using disks you can over-write it would make a difference. If it should then tell me please.

This game need's quality media to play like Taiyo Yuden, Make sure your burning at the right speed (2.4x to 4x) and using DVD-R's 8x. After that then the game should work flawlessly

You cant use rw discs, they don't work and you run the risk of messing up your laser.
