Ive read alot about htis game.. i want to back it up but im afraid that im gonna run into problems. 1) does thsi game need to be rebuilt? 2)has anyone gotten it to work perfectly with swapmagic 3.6?

i cant get my PAL version working on 3.6 ive seen loads of people getting the NTSC ver working

nope still notworking no these ty's so dont know
games is 4.37 so needs rebuilding i would say but rebuild only comeout at 4.35 due ti being multi disk so no files can be removed it just sits there on that back screen hmmm i dont know!!!!

what media are you using, I'd recomend verbatim DVD-R, burned with DVD Decrypter at 1x speed.

they are tyg02 its not a promlem with the media you dont get much better than ty's ive try allsorts of media no diff this is the only game ive never got to work and ive been backing up for years dont need to burn at 1x 4X is just fine

cant burn at 1X burner wont let me go that slow i know the game works cos i can pull an iso off the disk on to ps2 hard drive from the disk and it plays just fine

Hmm. I don't have enough data on the PAL version to determine if it's a compatibility problem. If it doesn't work on the TY's, I don't know. Have you tried playing it off your HD Boobooman? Have you tried all three methods of rebuilding?

ive tryied expert/cddvdgen just got Nero to try today it plays fine off the hard drive no problem but as ive just brough a slim ps2 i cant use the hd no more cant aford chip at mo so need to still use sm

You could use HD Connect, but that requires the use of a DMS 4 Pro SE. Here's a little more info if you're interested at some point: http://www.ps2hd.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1684
Yeah I guess try rebuilding with DVD Decrypter, Nero, and IsoBuster. That's how I rebuild, though I haven't rebuilt a game in a long while. I rebuilt a couple games when I was still using RitekG05, 0 since I swithced to TYG02. What about Expert? You didn't mention that.

ive tried
staight burn
expert rebuild
iso/cddvdgen rebuild
nero rebuild burnt but disk not tested yet
after that ive got no ida i think i will just delete the game and forget about lol

If that doesn't work, you could try patching it to NTSC and using Swap Magic's video fix. I doubt seriously it'd work, but I also thought burning the game to Taiyo Yuden would work to.

the Nero rebuild done the job on disk 1 thanks tokijin
