I download and burn ps2 games and sometimes they work. But lately all the games have worked but the image is always going up and skipping. i use sony dvd+r. Anybody know whats the problem?

Well the problem is most likely your media. Old ps2 like mine I havea version 4 schp 30001 then it usually does not play DVD+R and if it does it hangs alot. The solution get better media, sonys are bad media. Try TY discs, or my personal favorite verbatim. Another thing use DVD-R disc the ps2s read them better and also use 8x disc burning at 4x do not burn at max speed you will most likely have problems
