I have been reading the latest forums here latey and have noticed that some members are still having problems making a successfull complete backup of gt4 on a DVD-5. But I have made a backup of gt4 on a dvd-5 that works fine. Main menu and all,but anyways.I was wondering if someone can described what thay consiter to be a full backup of gt4.The reason I ask is because I have never tested the online part of my backup I don't have the the modem in my p$2.But every thing else works fine. taks

if you want to play online, you have to patch the DNAS.

No I'm not enterested in playing online. I was just looking for someones opinion on what you or someone eles thinks what would be a complete backup of gt4 taks

GT4 does'nt play online. The "Multi-LAN" option is for connecting up to six PS2s together via ethernet hub and cables. So you can race your friends, but in the same room. Each can play on a seperate television. each player will need thier own TV, PS2, controller and copy of GT4.
I thought this same thing at first. I patched DNAS codes and waoted for the dang thing to connect to the internet forever, believe me it never does!

Sonix's method in my opinion is a complete back-up.
