Fight Night 3 - patch for DMS4proSE?

I just popped an image of this on my hdd (winhiip)and tried to boot it with ToxicOS .4 on my DMS4proSE and stalls on the loading screen.
I tried using the old Adrenaline patcher to no avail.
Is there a simple way to create a patch? Or a way around it? I do own the game but my brother erm went back to school with it through the weekend.
NBA 2006 and Burnout revenge worked fine for me, I know there are some spotty EA games about...sorry if this is a douchey question.
Any help would be appreciated.

ONLY mode 3? I tried running it with 1,2, and 3 enabled via winHIIP. That should do the same thing as enabling them in ToxicOS?
I am re-doing the image now since I f'd it up with that adrenaline thing.

you know what, you must` be having fun ruining my reputation, if you keep it up I will be contacting my lawyer. The mods will catch on eventually. The funny thing is, people make alot of money off of cases of slander. The other day I saw a case just like ours that somebody won $2,500. Wow Judge Judy defined slander the same I do. And do a little math. 99% of my posts help people. 1% of them don't.

if the posts I've seen of yours today that were a waste of bandwidth and useless in providing any help at all are just 1% of your total posts, you'd be the highest post count AD Addict around.....yet your just a member who is keeping a hard watch on your post count trying to make rank (yeah i looked at your "I'm so proud of my AD about myself page") and in your attempt to get a higher ranking under your name you post useless, uneducated and often derogatory information.
most people on this board are here to help others, your here to make a rank, your the poster child for the user ranking system implemented by allot of sites.
your above double posting is a fine example.......i'm sure in your vast knowledge you know how to use the EDIT button.

hey Dad did you ever get this backup working? I couldnt get FN2 or 3 working. I tried using Adrenaline patch with no luck. Im using TDK DVD+R 16x discs burnt at 4x. Ive backed up other games fine, but both FN2 and 3 go to black screen. Any other ideas? KC what did you mean by enabling mode 3? Thanks for the help guys...
