I combine 3 movies into 1 DVD using DivX (*.avi) format. Is there any software or any way that I can make a selection menu for me to choose which movie to play first when inserting the DVD into the DVD Player?
I'm using Digital Max DMD-R0501
thanks

avi doesn't support menus. You would need to remux to .DivX format and unless your player has ultra or whatever certification then the menus won't work anyway. With most current players you need to be happy with the default file browser.

Thanks Celtic_d,
for now I just click next, next, next.
I have another question.
3 three movies are "the_myth.avi", "the_secret.avi", and "ongbak.avi". When I insert the DVD into the player, it just shows "Title 01", then I click next again, it shows "Title 02", and so on. How come it doesn't display the right filename as listed above?
Is there anyway I can change the file name?

I use 2 software
1. I first used ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum to rip the DVD to DivX file format
2. Then I used "DivX Player 6.1" to burn those 3 DivX files to DVD.

Does seem odd. My player and others I have seen will list the filename upto a certain characters; in my case 36. You just browse using the keypad on the remote and select the file that you want to play. Once finished, it moves onto the next file.
