i think this will be my last problem and i thank all the guys who helped me out but wen i play the movie on my ipod the people speak b4 the words come out.. its like a dubbed japanese movie..anything to help me

Good job with the edit! Some people have trouble with various conversion programs. The only known fix seems to be trying a different one. I know that PQ DVD didn't work for me but then both Xilisoft and Videora worked fine. So the best thing to do is just try something else.

Well that could certaintly do it. I should have been more specific. If the audio lags in both iTunes and on your iPod its a bad conversion I'll edit more info in later!

naw it only lags on my ipod after i fast forward..i think its just how the ipod is tho..hopefully :-D

set the settings in videora at 24 frames per second. Then, re-convert the video file.
