Hello. I just bought a phone from EBay that was evidently locked. I took it to the Cingular store and they said that even putting a new chip in it wouldn't take because it has an AT&T chip in it, and they were phasing out all the old AT&T accounts and now doing Cingular only on new activations. The info. on this phone is as follows. Any help would be so appreciated! I don't want it as a paperweight!!!!
