It's probably just a two disc game. Burn each iso file to disc and it should play fine.

this release of 24 should be nuked. as soon as you finish through the 1st disk, playing the 2nd will corrupt your memory card. some people have gotten it to work by combining the 2 disks and removing dummy files, but your best bet would be to wait for a proper release.

Is that the case for official Sony MC's as well? That's good info. I wasn't aware of it either. Good job.

i believe it corrupts all memory cards. i actually got it, but after discovering similar reponses about this problem on many torrent sites and forums, i decided to wait for a proper release.

It doesnt corrupt memory cards. It corrupts the 24 game save. you just use mission select to carry on.

you have to keep swapping from disk 1 to disk 2,and so on,then back to disk 1,then back to disk 2 etc etc, until it carries on,on disk 2

Is that in mid game, or can you still play with Swap Magic? Btw Hursty I did find one PS2 game that doesn't allow a save in between discs- Shadow Hearts: Covenant.

I did this for the 24 The Game. Put in with CDVD GEN with limit patch:
SYSTEM.CNF
SCES_533.58
IRX
GAMEDATA.1
GAMEDATA.2
Should be around 5.79 GB then install with HD Loader and when you get to te 2nd disk it won't delete your save file and will go into the next disk.
If you need the limit patch for CDVD Gen 1.5 then just PM me and I will get it to you.
@Tokijin I found that game BTW Shadow Hearts: Covenant why do you say Hursty found it I even posted a thread about it!
v7 w/ Crystal Chip 1.1, Boot Manager 1.8, and HD Loader v0.7c w/ 80 GB HD
v7 w/ DMS4 Pro and Toxic OS .41 w/ 200 GB HD

I said I find out, not Hursty found it. I did go by your post, I didn't bother to confirm it 100% at GameFAQ's. I didn't really think credit was due in that case. I didn't quote your post, I searched AD and found it. Sorry if you feel short changed or anything. I believe you and all, but I've gotten in trouble by relying on second hand info in the past, so I try to do it as little as possible.

Technically I've one upped you again, because I've been IP banned from PS2nfo.com, I can't verify what you've said is true. So you could be decieving purposely to win an argument. J/k, nah I believe you. There must be some game somewhere... that doesn't allow a save in between discs... maybe...

Okay that's a blow for you, but like Goku, I'm never down for the count. Check here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/game/915253.html
I searched everyguide on GameFAQs. There was no mention of a save in between discs. Go ahead and check the link if you doubt me. Further I have it on second hand info from BaconX (who just finished disc one a couple weeks ago) that there is no save in between discs. He has a DMS 4 Pro and was playing the game off his HD when it prompted him to switch disks in mid-game. He didn't know what to do. So he burned SH2 disc two to DVD, then switched discs and proceeded by placing the hard copy of the SH2 disc iso in the disc tray. Then he got to a point on disc two where he could save it. Then he went back to playing the game off the HD. I sense that post on ps2nfo.com could be false info. Haha Tokijin strikes back.

I have the game. Do you have to FTP your PS2 to transfer saves to the MC? Or can I just burn the save to disc and install it with Infinity Memory Card Manager? I don't have a network adapter, so I can't FTP my PS2 at current.
