I converted a video for my ipod, but on the file where I keep my converted videos, it says 0 bytes and will not show up on my itunes. Please help. Thank You.

please provide more info and then maybe I and others will be able to help you out by info i mean which converter and how you converted it and what type of file.

Well, i used videora to convert a clip of a movie and i tried different setups on videora.

Yes it works, but it will not convert. I heard that I could debug it but I am not sure how to do that.

well, what format is it in or do you know? because videora might not be able to conver that type of file.

nothing can fix a faulty video. if you downloaded it on limewire or bearshare or something like that, it is probably easy to find more than one of the same type of video. it is a downloaded video correct? if it is, i suggest you download that same video in another format or just a different video of the same kind if that makes sense.

well that makes sense,but limewire is not working for me rite now so do u know another site the i could download a video. i don't mind paying.

If it's a music video then iTunes Music Store should be fine if you're willing to pay. If it's a movie, there is no current pay service availible [although I remember reading about one starting up in Australia or somewhere...]

Bittorrent is a great option, as there are now sites that specialize in ready converted videos for the fifth-generation iPod.

well i have a new situation. I used bearshare to download the same file and the same time happens. i tried to change the name but i cant because it says another thing is using the file.

yeah, if you are playing the song or the song is in itunes, you have to either select another song to play so that you are not using the file that you have to change the name of or you have to change it both in itunes and in bearshare.

I don't have it in itunes and i only have that one file on bearshare I tried to change it in bearshare and in my c:\ file and but it did not work.

were you playing the video at all when you got it? if so, it will show that you were using the file unless you pressed stop and the song wasnt selected
