Splitting up DVD-9 Games

I recently came across a dual layered game that is too large after being rebuilt. How do I split dual layered games to multiple discs or get them into 1 dvd-5 disc? BTW the the game seems to have 2 sets of folders (ex:BGM0 and BGM1, BTL0 and BTL1 and etc) with the same data. I tried to get rid of 1 set and it seemed to work and fit in a dvd-5 but it still froze on a certain spot. Any suggestions would be helpful.

If its a duallayer game then there will be a special way to rebuild it. what game is it?
