Error CD DVD GEN 1.5

Hi,
I've got a problem when installing CD DVD GEN 1.5
When I click setup.exe I get the error "Can't run 16-bit Windows program"
Can't find the file (or one of it's components). Check to ensure the patch and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.

Does anybody know what I can do about this? Any help would be gladly appreciated!

You could try downloading a different version or maybe the same file from a different source. See if that helps your problem.

There're only a few places where I found this program but all of them won't work.
Could somebody please share a working version?
