HELP ME! DVD X COPY XPRESS, also tried dvd shrink

Oh no help me. I have to copy layer cake before 9 o clock tonight (UK time)!!!
I tried copying it to my hardrive using dvd shrink, but that kept getting stuck on 28%! So, i tried using my dvd x copy xpress, but that gets stuck as well and says, error reading sectors or something! I cleaned the disk, but what do you suggesT? PLEASE HELP

I think i love you! Ha ha, dont worry im kidding! But wait, i used the AnyDVD program, which i think gets rid of the protection or something, and with that running, i used dvd copy xpress and its working!?!?! Is that normal, because the AnyDVD got rid of the protection or whatever it does?

I tried to copy the film, but it is coming up as it needs 8 gb to burn to disk, and my dvds are only 4 gb!!! Whats going on here, i cut off all the annoying adverts using AnyDVD.

ok thanks i have a hard copy now. I know im really high maintainance, but i used DVD Shrink to copy it to my hard drive, but it is just a folder with loads of VOB files in it, can i burn these to disc using Nero vision when i want?
I know im dvd illiterate, its not my area of expertise.
Appreciate your help!

yes ye can use Nero..
DO IT THE EASY WAY,PLEASE..
use clonddvd and AnyDVD and rip and burn it stright to a dvd disk..
its also free to try for 21 days

ok ok i shall, lol, its just i only have a dvd rw drive, so i may as well rip it to harddrive if im goign to make multiple copies of it, you know, for back up purposes.
Ireland, you seme like a clever guy, what is the name for cds and dvds which have no label or print on the top of it, so its shiny just like the data sid eof it, becaus eim buying a disc printer soon.
