what game is it? and when you download it it will probably be in rar format so unrar it till you get an .iso file then burn the .iso file on good DVD-R or DVD+R format dvd discs.

download the latest version of dvd decryptor, i think its 3.5.4.0
and you need some high quality media like taiyo yuden 8x or verbatim 8x or ritek g05 8x,
always use DVD-R as it is usually more compatible with most ps2s in comparison to +r.
and always burn at half the maximum speed of the dvd, so if you buy 8x dvds then burn at 4x. i would advice buying only 8x dvds.
anyway after going through that checklist the file you downloaded should be an image file like an iso or an mds file so just open up dvd decryptor and browse up the image file. MAKE SURE YOU SET THE MAX BURN SPEED TO 4X.
and close all appz in the background and temporarily switch of your internet while burning to free up some ram. clik on the big button at the bottom. and it should start burning,
hope this helps mate

well what form of modification are you using and where abouts do you live or where is your ps2 from, NTSC is in usa and japan and everywhere else is PAL.
so whereabouts do you live,
if you have a modchip it wont be a problem as it usually plays everything and anything from all regions,
but with swap magic it will work but you may have to patch the file if it is from a different region to yours, either way it will still work.
hope this helps

If not already mentioned you will also need a program called WinRAR to decompress the files so you can get the ISO file to burn to a DVD

+1
I'm in The Netherlands and got no problem with playing NTSC discs. The screen's black and white but this can be avoided by using the PAL mode in Swap Magic
