Oddish, on that PC you are of course not going to find the wireless network.
So yes you could enable ICS on the laptop and serve the internet over to the other PC through crossover cable, if the only internet you have is wireless (through that access point).
Kinda impractical, but would work great for Windows/AntiVirus/Spyware updates now & then or whatever...

You need to just set up a network bridge on the laptop, and connect the pc with wired only to the laptop. Pretty easy to do, open network connection settings on laptop, select both wired and wireless, right click and bridge connections. If the internet is already shared, the wired pc shouldn't have too many issues seeing the net. It does work, I've done it myself with my xbox.
